Disputes
FFB Manager will be the final decision maker with regards to any disputes. Entries that are made with evidence of foul play, manipulation, or tampering have the right to be disqualified by the Manager staff.
Refunds
Paid league fees can be refunded by the start of the first game of week 3 of the NFL season.
Once this deadline has passed, FFB Manager reserves the right to not refund the
league fees paid.
Cancellation
FFB Manager reserves the right to cancel the service prior to the first game of week 3 of the NFL season. If this is necessary, all leagues that have paid will be refunded their league fees.
Limitation of Liability
The services of the FFB Manager are provided without warranty of any kind.
FFB Manager hereby disclaims any and all warranties of any kind or nature
pertaining to the services provided, whether express, implied, written, or oral. In no
event will FFB Manager be liable to any one for any special, consequential,
indirect, or similar damages arising out of participation in any services provided or
in doing business with FFB Manager.
Some states and/or territories do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability
for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
IN NO CASE SHALL FFB MANAGER'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES PAID FOR THE LEAGUE SERVICES.
